Build the project
Deliver what we need now
Roads, fabs, utilities, buildings and public infrastructure.
A stronger tomorrow for CNY
I-81, Micron and major infrastructure investment are already reshaping Central New York. This is a rare chance to build longer-lasting capability — stronger supplier networks, growing businesses, productive assets, and reclaimed-water infrastructure and material markets that remain useful long after construction ends.

The central idea
Build the project
Roads, fabs, utilities, buildings and public infrastructure.
Build regional capability
Suppliers, skilled workers, qualified products, technical know-how, reclaimed-water infrastructure and productive assets.
Build the next opportunity
Use what was learned and built to support future projects, customers and businesses.
Start with what is already close to real

For this pathway, glass is processed into a fine supplementary cementitious material that replaces a portion of Portland cement. Syracuse has already used the approach in sidewalk concrete. The next question is whether more Central New York glass can enter a repeatable commercial chain.

Clean concrete can be crushed and screened into recycled concrete aggregate for approved road-base, embankment and fill applications. The next question is whether actual I-81 and regional material volumes make the economics work.
